Barbers

Your regulars are not a lead to be resold

You know the cut, you know the conversation, you know they come in every three weeks. That relationship took years. It should not be sitting in a directory where the shop two streets over is one tap away.

Book Visit Now keeps all of it on your own devices.

The problem with marketplace apps

They work by putting every barber in one place and letting clients browse. That is useful when you are starting. Once you have a chair full of regulars it means:

  • Your client opens the app to book with you and sees other shops
  • You pay a percentage when someone books through the app instead of your link, often 20% or 30% of a first visit
  • The client's account, and the ability to notify them, belongs to the platform
  • Getting your own client list back out can mean emailing support and waiting

Book Visit Now cannot do any of that. There is no app for your clients, no directory, and no server holding your list.

Built for speed

Book in seconds. Pick the client, pick the cut, done. The duration and price come from your menu automatically.

Repeat bookings. Set a standing appointment every two, three or four weeks and it books the whole run.

Text reminders that send from your number, from Messages, after you have read them. Cuts no-shows without a third party in the conversation.

Walk-ins that do not clutter your book. Take the money, log the visit, no client record needed, and walk-ins never count against the free plan.

Notes that matter. Number three on the sides, beard line, the one who books and does not turn up, the one who is worth staying late for. A private rating only you see, and a Do Not Book flag.

Different prices for different clients. Charge your standard rate, add a bump for someone who is hard work, or hold an old rate for a long-standing regular.

Know your numbers

Booked hours and revenue per day. Which services actually make money once you count your costs. Who has not been in for sixty days and is probably going somewhere else. Your no-show history. All of it exports to CSV for your accountant.

On every device you own

iPhone in your pocket, iPad on the counter, Mac at home doing the books. One subscription, one Apple Account, everything synced through your own iCloud.

What it does not do

No online booking: you take appointments yourself.

No card payments. Use the payment system you like.

No Android.

One login, so a second barber cannot have their own account. You can 'schedule' for multiple people and you can share your calendar, but other logins are not available for editing appointments.

If you need a shop-wide system with staff logins and a front desk, we are not it.

Free for ten clients, $24.99 unlimited

Every feature, no time limit, no card required. $24.99 a month for unlimited after that: no per-client fee, no commission, no add-ons.
